Core Values

Our Core Value are what we are committed to and consider essential to the success of this ministry...

We Are Committed to Prayer - Prayer is essential to the work of our church. We believe in the power of prayer and believe God both hears and responds to prayer. We encourage individual and corporate prayer as a means to releasing God’s provisions for our lives and this ministry. (Matthew 21:22; Matthew 18:18-19; James 5:16-18)

We Are Committed to the Application of the Bible - The application of biblical principles to our lives leads to restoration, fulfillment, productivity, and intimacy with God. Therefore, we encourage one another to apply biblical principles to our everyday lives. (James 1:22; 2 Timothy 3:16; Proverbs 30:5; Romans 12:1-2)

We Are Committed to People - People are critically important to God and to His church. We, therefore, love and embrace people unconditionally, pouring into their lives at every level possible. (John 3:16; Mark 12:30-31)

We Are Committed to Being a Church of Action - The Church consists of many members having varying gifts. We value a high level of commitment as we willingly work together to touch the world with the redeeming gospel of the Kingdom. We therefore gather, teach, nurture and mobilize people, causing them to become productive citizens of God’s Kingdom. (Romans 12:6-8; 2 Corinthians 2:14-15; 1 Peter 4:10; Matthew 13:36-38; 28:18-20)

We Are Committed to Cultural Diversity - As the church we have an obligation to model righteousness in every way. We, therefore, seek to destroy division in Christ’s body by modeling agreement. We intentionally reach out to every race and culture. We are a sign of the tremendous wealth and awesome beauty that is realized in the One body of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Acts 17:26; 2 Corinthians 5:16-18; Ephesians 3:14-21; Psalms 133)

We Are Committed to Excellence in Ministry - We strive toward putting our best foot forward in all that we do, and we constantly seek to improve upon how we deliver ministry. (1 Corinthians 10:31; Philippians 1:9-10; Daniel 6:3; 1 Corinthians 14:40; Galatians 6:4)

We Are Committed to Innovation, Creativity & Change - Changing times dictate periodic modifications in methodology. Ever increasing understanding of our purpose will lead to periodic refocusing. We constantly seek to employ innovative and creative ways to communicate and demonstrate the gospel without compromising essential doctrine. (Genesis 1; Proverbs 18:15; Nehemiah 9:12; Psalms 119:130)

We Are Committed to Being a Resource to the Body of Christ - We are poised to aid and assist church plants and ministries having like-minded goals. We freely share information, personnel, and resources. (Malachi 3:10; Acts 2:44-47)
